Determining Your PC Card Hardware Version:
The information below only applies to SpiroCard® or SpirOxCard® devices.
To determine your PC Card Revision locate the serial number on the back of the PC Card medical device and compare it to the table below.

PC Cards manufactured in 2005 or later are C.1 or higher. The year of manufacture appears as the first 4 digits of the serial number (example: 2006-xxxx-xxxx or 2008-xx-xxxxxx).

If your PC Card was manufactured earlier than 2005 use one of the methods below to determine its revision.

C.1 Cards:

  • Serial number starts with 2005 or higher
    or
  • The label on the back of the device has "PC Card Revision: C.1" 
    or
  • The serial number has a '1' in the fourth digit position and a '2' in the fifth digit position.
    Example:yyyy-xxx1-2xxx

C.0 Cards:
The serial number has a '1' in the fourth digit position and a '0' or '1' in the fifth digit position:
Examples: 
 xxx1-0xxx or yyyy-xxx1-0xxx
 xxx1-1xxx or yyyy-xxx1-1xxx
 xxx1-0xxx or yyyy-xxx1-0xxx
 xxx1-1xxx or yyyy-xxx1-1xxx


B.0 Cards:
The serial number has a '0' in the fourth digit position:
Examples:
