Patrick Lichter was one of the founders of QRS Diagnostic in 1994 and was with the company through 2003 in the role of CTO. Patrick returned to QRS in 2010 taking on the leadership position of President/CTO. Patrick has over twenty years in the medical device industry with experience in design, management, technology development and biomedical research (Patrick is a co-founder of Koronis Biomedical Technologies). Patrick has a BS Electrical Engineering degree from SD State University and a MS Biomedical Engineering degree from the University of Texas-Austin.

Timothy has over 20 years of professional senior sales and marketing leadership experience / roles; leading businesses and organizations within 3M Company, Rubbermaid, Fortune Brands and Graymark Healthcare. Academic achievements; BS, MBA, MIM (International Marketing Management).

Jerry Wang
Vice President of Engineering and Manufacturing Operations

Jerry has over 16 years of leading edge medical device development experience in start-up (founding member) and Fortune 500 companies. He has led product development efforts overseeing teams during all phases of new product development from concept to market launch. Jerry has his MBA in finance from the Carlson School of Management, his Master of Electrical Engineering and his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis.

Ann Pedretti

Ann Pedretti
Vice President Finance/Accounting

Ann Pedretti joined QRS Diagnostic in 2010 and brings twenty years of experience working with businesses in financial reporting, business/system process and controls, budgeting, financing, and cash/asset management. Ann holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas, a BS in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin- La Crosse, and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
